This stylish studio has everything you need to enjoy your visit to San Diego. It's super close to downtown, Padre’s stadium, airport, beach, zoo and Balboa park.
There's a full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There are two sleeping options: the queen sleeper couch or the sleeping loft with a queen mattress. There is also free in-unit laundry and a closet with plenty of extra storage room.

The space
The property is in a central and conveniently located neighborhood called Grant Hill/Stockton which makes it easy to jump in an Uber and explore many attractions. It's a vibrant, multi-cultural and family-friendly neighborhood. The property is close to Gaslamp/downtown (2.1 mi), convention center (2.6 mi), Padre's baseball stadium (1.7mi), airport (4.9 mi), Balboa Park/Zoo (1.5 mi), South Park (0.6 mi), Coronado (5.8mi), Little Italy (4 mi).
If you'd like to stay in and cook up a delicious meal, there are several small local corner markets to pick up a few groceries. You can also find big box stores like Costco (1.1 mi) or Albertsons (1.7 mi) nearby.
The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances (microwave, dishwasher, gas stove), toaster, blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, pour over coffee maker, electric tea kettle, plus tons of cooking utensils. The dining table can seat up to 4 for group dinners or a fun game night.
The living room includes a queen size sleeper couch (+ memory foam topper), storage ottoman, a 50” smart tv, and an additional sleeping loft with a queen size bed. We have games, books, cards, and extra blankets ideal for a cozy movie night.
The hallway includes full length mirrored closet doors, a dresser and stackable laundry in case you need to wash a load during your stay.
The shared courtyard area and small private side yard are both fully fenced and available to use. There is outdoor furniture in the courtyard if you’d like to wind down and relax outside with a nice glass of wine after a long day at the beach or exploring the city.
We do allow 1 small dog (size & breed restrictions apply) for an additional $30/night fee so please contact me if you’re interested in traveling with your pup.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire studio and the gated yard. Guests are able to self check-in with the smart lock.
Other things to note
There is another rental unit (3bd/2ba) in the front of the property (separate building) so the front yard of that house is reserved for those guests only. From time to time, you may see those other guests as you walk by the side of the house to get to your studio unit. The studio is attached to our third unit (2bd/1ba) so there is a shared wall between both kitchen/dining areas.
