The Space:
This newly renovated three-bedroom home was originally built in the 1920s and still upholds many original charming accents to strike the perfect balance of old and new.
Original ceiling moulding and wooden details blend beautifully with the homes exceptionally curated furnishings. Pieces featured from conceptual artists Jonathan Borofsky and Devin Troy Strother help sing the homes unique eclectic tune throughout.
The sitting room is warm and inviting, its hardwood floors topped with soft tatami mats to sink your feet into. The second lounge area doubles as a music room, complete with a movie projector and a record player.
Create your own escape under the California skies in the private spa-like garden featuring an outdoor sauna, hot tub and cooling plunge tub. A large dining table and barbecue grill are available for whipping up the perfect al fresco meal for the family.
And when you’re ready to get some rest, you’ll have your choice of three gorgeous bedrooms. The largest of them all is the queen-sized master bedroom, boasting its very own dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with a soothing steam shower. Both the second and third bedrooms have queen-sized beds, with the second also offering a private ensuite.
Parking and ample street parking are available for guests, but please note there is no covered parking at this time.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the occasional gardener and pool man, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

If you do feel like exploring Los Angeles’ most iconic destinations, it’s just a 15-minute drive to the palm-lined streets of Beverly Hills and 30 minutes to Santa Monica’s golden beaches
Getting Around:
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car. Ample of parking on the street and up to 3 cars can fit in the driveway leading to the backyard.
If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.
Other Things to Note:
Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.
This home has a hot tub and cold plunge tub. It is open with no fence accessible via the kitchen doors. There is a cover to place over the top when not in use.
There are no TVs in the home, instead there is a short throw projector which connects to your computer and a ground based projector screen that opens up.
This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
There are two parking spaces available in the backyard via the driveway and ample street parking available.
The second and third bedroom are connected by a shared bathroom.
There are external security cameras that face each side of the home and backyard areas.
