A family paradise perfectly located between Lassen Volcanic National Park and Shasta Lake on one of the most beautiful highways of California, the Highway 44, just 20 min from Lassen Volcanic National Park.
This is a 1500 sqft home in woods sitting on a private half-acre land with lots of tall pine trees. Half of this land has a fenced backyard with a privacy screen, so you can enjoy your privacy.
Our home can accommodate 10-12 people. Lots of fun for everyone in the family from kids to elders
Our home has a fully stocked kitchen with a lot of grocery items and a water filter for drinking and cooking water, First-aid, Video Games, Movies, Board Games, Toys, Foosball, Air hockey, Backyard swings, hammocks, many outdoor games including minigolf, ring toss, mega Zenga blocks. Inside you will find Novels, Magazines and other Books, a Poker table, Carrom board, Roku with Netflix and many other streaming channels, Internet, Phone, Kids playroom, Bathroom supplies with fresh towels, two futons in family room that converts in to extra beds, a Sofa bed that you can recline back to make a comfy bed. bedroom linens, pillows, comforters, Hot water, Central Heating, Tower fans and the best part is our awesome BBQ area in backyard with a beautiful seating arrangement and a propane gas fire pit with seating arrangements to spend a memorable evening with your loved ones.
Please feel free to use anything you find in kitchen cabinets!!!
We have all basic grocery items, pots, and utensils including Sugar, Salt, Cooking Oil, Oil Spray, Coffee, Milk powder, Spaghetti noodles, all-purpose flour, we have some rice and beans too, cake & cookies mix, popcorns, the fridge has mustard, catchup, ranch, pasta sauce, there are some spices in the kitchen, we have paper towels, washcloths, all pots, pans, and cooking utensil, we have a toaster, waffle maker, Rice cooker, Steam cooker, Coffee maker, panini maker, Mixer grinder, cook-top oven range and microwave
We have also added brand new high power 10000 BTU Air conditioners in both bedrooms. So for the winter months, you have a central Heating System and for Summer you have Air Conditioners.
You can also bring your own tents to put in our fenced and private backyard to enjoy camping under pine trees in a safe environment, the fenced backyard is big enough to accommodate multiple tents in case if you want enjoy that experience.
A huge straight drive-in path from the property entrance, which is more than 100 feet long and about 30 feet wide allows you to bring in your boat or RV and park it there, Or park multiple cars if you are coming with a big group
A welcome folder is kept to greet you and you will find all details that you need including, welcome message, access to our home, nearby restaurants, Fast food and Grocery stores details, informations in case if you have to deal with any emergency, Tourist places and things to do nearby, Kitchen amenities, WiFi details, Pets policy and Checkout procedure.
In addition to this you will have my direct cell phone number so that you can call me directly in case if you need any help.

Checkout Procedure
Please make sure all doors and windows are locked from inside.
Before leaving please turn off all lights and Heat
Please load and start the dishwasher, do not leave dirty dishes in the sink
Please return all furniture (futon and chairs etc) to where it was when you arrived
Please return all games, books, movies and gaming controllers to their respective place
The backyard has WM trash cans and there is a roll of trash bags in the kitchen (cabinet under sink), please fill in your trash in trash bags and leave it in the trash can in the backyard. Please only put recycle items in recycle bin
After locking the main door please place keys (if you were using keys not keypad) in lockbox where you got keys from and spin the number so that the lockbox is locked.
Please download google offline maps before you arrive as due to dense forest this area has limited network access so you may struggle with driving directions if you are relying on your phone network and data. If you dont know how to download offline maps on google maps, here are steps
How to download GOOGLE OFFLINE MAPS:
Step 1: Open Google Maps app on your phone.
Step 2: Click on 3 lines icon on top left corner that opens a drop-down menu
Step 3: You will see an option in menu Called "Offline Maps", it has the symbol of a cloud with a crossed line
Step 4: On "Offline Maps" screen click on "SELECT YOUR OWN MAP"
Step 5: It will show you the map around your current location, zoom out and drag the map view to the area around Shingletown California.
Step 6: When you have enough area around Shingletown California covered on your map then click on the "DOWNLOAD" button on the bottom right corner.
Step 7: It may ask you if you want to download over wifi or data.. click on "DOWNLOAD NOW" and you will have your offline maps stored on your phone.
These offline maps will work as usual to give you direction in the area where there is no network or no internet available on your phone. It's like an offline GPS system for you and keeps you safe with proper direction.
