Nestled by the waters edge of the lower Little Missouri river, our cabin is the ultimate happy place for nature lovers and those who want to leave their busy schedules behind.
Sitting on a semi-private, five acre wooded lot our lodge is about 40 feet from the riverbed. Here you will find some of the best access to the water on the lower part of the river. Let your worries melt away with the current of the river while you make memories with your favorite people.
The river levels change with the release of water from Narrows Dam, making the river great for all kinds of activities that can change daily.
Come discover what your favorite activity at the river is. Some of the favorites are; fishing (when the water is down), Kayaking and tubing (when the water is up), wild life watching, sinking into the outdoor sofa with favorite beverages, games, story telling around the firepit, and warming in the hot tub under the stars when the weather is cooler.

Hunting for diamonds at Crater of Diamonds State Park or digging crystals at one of the mines nearby is also popular. There are hiking trails, ATV trails, and bicycle trails in the area as well.
WE DO NOT have a waterpark on the property, we are near Diamond Springs water park.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT for fishing or kayaking. Canoes are not recommended.
Tubes for floating are available in the summer but may not be available in the fall and winter.
The lodge has a unique floorplan allowing groups of 8 to be together, while offering a space for those that like more privacy.
All persons must be included in the guest count! Please keep guest count updated and current with us. Including: infants, toddlers, children, teens, adults.
NO EXTRA GUESTS PLEASE.
Please make sure the person booking is also the person who will be staying. No third party bookings.

1. AMENITIES
Convection Oven / Is smaller than a full size oven. It will not accommodate more than one dish at a time.
We do have a gas stovetop with griddle, gas grill outdoors, microwave and crockpot, and toaster for your cooking needs as well.

2. PIKE COUNTY
Pike County is dry! If your group drinks adult beverages you will need to bring them with you.
Some restaurants are now serving with free membership.
3. THE RIVER
Used to generate electricity via the Narrow's Dam. Please expect the river water levels to change daily. We can not guarantee water levels will be at a certain level for your stay.
Please be flexible in your water activities. Diamond Springs water park is available in the summer, Lake Greeson, Swaha Marina, and Daisy State Park are nearby for more water play activities.
4. We have the best wifi available, it can still be slow or go out unexpectedly. If you have issues please sign out, wait a while and try again. We are happy to help troubleshoot and help if we can.
5. Things like bed quilts, blankets, pillows etc. get washed after guests therefore, sometimes they will not match what is pictured in the listing. There may be a different color or pattern. We change out bed linens etc. to fit the season.
Cushion color for outdoor sofa may change as needed for cleaning.
6. DELIVERY of any item to the lodge for rental use is strictly prohibited!
We will not be responsible for getting ANY rented item back to the renter!
This includes but is not limited to: boats, floats, baby items (cribs, highchairs ect.), digging or fishing items.
This does not include food delivery. Food may be delivered from a restaurant that delivers.
7. We do our best to have maintenance done when guests are not on the property.
However, some maintenance is done on a rotating schedule that does not allow us to decide when it takes place.
We will do our best to inform our guests beforehand, or have it rescheduled if possible but sometimes we do not know when they are coming.
For example: Gas delivery, mowing, outdoor pest control, any emergency home repairs, ect.
8. You are in nature by the water. Please expect that you could see critters of all kinds.
