Reverse Osmosis drinking water/soft water. Private back garden with patio table, as well as four-person deluxe hot-tub and natural gas grill. Two-car private driveway off-street parking. A mile's walk to Moulton Meadow's Park with tennis courts and hiking trails. Quick drive down to Laguna's beautiful beaches and restaurants, or to nearby Montage Resort. Laguna Trolley stop 300ft, free service to both Downtown and South Laguna. The fireworks on 4th of July from the deck are truly spectacular!! Weekly cleaning service included, additional may be arranged.

"We were visitors of our outstanding host Peter Hodgson at his beautiful home up in the heart of the hills above Laguna- our view was absolutely breathtaking. This three bedroom home is perfect for a family and you will be mesmerized by this 180 plus degree view of the pacific ocean. Location puts you in the vicinity of downtown Laguna Beach. Kitchen is well-equipped and the trip up the hill so worth that view."
