Our sunny Palo Alto home welcomes you with a brilliant backyard for gatherings and the Baylands running trail at the end of the street. The newly renovated 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms come with private parking, and can sleep up to 10 guests. The yard contains fruit trees, berry bushes, a vegetable garden, and a private office space for working. Our home is located in the best neighborhood in EPA (Pulgas Gardens), and is minutes from Stanford, Ikea, Target, Meta, and the Dumbarton Bridge.
The space
Until our jobs turned remote, this was our family home. It is equipped with 4 queen sized beds, a full bed, 2 full baths, 2 big screen tv’s, a gas grill, patio lounging furniture, a deck shaded by fruit trees, 3 desks, a private office in the backyard, fully equipped kitchen, and a separate room with a large brand new washer/dryer.
Guest access
Guests have access to the private well-lit backyard with string lights and access to a BBQ. The yard has fruit trees with a picker and juicer, as well as a vegetable and flower garden — help yourself! The wifi extends to the private backyard office and all of the tvs.
Other things to note
With it’s central location, this home is well located for most events on the peninsula. The Baylands hiking and biking trail starts a few houses down at the end of our street (this is where we take our baby on walks). The Baylands Golf Course and driving range are just behind our neighborhood — you’ll see it on the walk. Stanford Shopping Center and Stanford Children’s Hospital are just a 15 minute drive. We’re open to short term rentals.
