With 3 charming bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds respectively, this property is perfect a family looking for a brilliant vacation or a few friends. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and the half bath downstairs and all are fully stocked.
The kitchen is spacious and has a social area and a bar counter that looks out to our sunny backyard and the roses.
The backyard is great for taking all meals even, and in the winter remains a good place to have breakfast on a sunny day.
You’ll feel at home with WiFi, our Roku with Netflix, our Nest thermostat controlling the temperature…. Aircon and heating as needed, though we use them little thanks to the perennially mild climate. The home has all typical appliances.
