Summary: The property was disgusting on arrival. It had not been cleaned and turned over after the last guest. The host sent the cleaning crew back out while we were out to dinner. When we returned nothing had been cleaned except for the giant dog hair ball in the corner of the living room. The next morning I got up went to Walmart and spent money on cleaning supplies along with toilet paper and paper towels(none were provided). I spent 4 hours on Christmas Eve cleaning so that my family could relax in a clean home. There were plumbing issues where sewage backed up into the showers and toilets twice a that prevented us from being able to use the bathroom overnight. I definitely wouldn't rent this home again. The host attempted to make it right but the home still needs work.
