For your convenience, we provide an initial stock of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. After this initial supply, guests will need to replenish these items themselves.
Please note that we need to have all the registered vehicles that will be on-site. This is a requirement from the city. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
The home is located directly off of Broadway, make sure to use your maps on your mobile device and drive slowly so you don't pass the home. Broadway is a busy road.
PARKING: Garage parking for 1 vehicle is available. The garage clearance is very small. Smaller vehicles will fit. Free street parking is available on the street in front of the home for 1 vehicle only. Street parking is available for 1 vehicle only in front of the home. Please park only in front of the home and avoid parking next door, elsewhere on Broadway, or in front of any neighboring homes.
Cleaning Expectations & Fee Transparency

We aim to provide a clean, comfortable space for every guest. Our standard cleaning fee covers routine turnover services, including laundry, sanitizing surfaces, and general tidying up.
To help us maintain this standard and avoid additional fees, we kindly ask guests to:
1. Take out all trash and place it in the designated bins
2. Load and run the dishwasher (or hand wash used dishes)
3. Leave used towels in the bathroom or laundry basket
4. (Optional) Strip used beds and leave linens in one place.
5. Report any accidental spills or damages right away.
