Old town Torrance is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood and across from El Prado Park. Charming Spanish style home has been completely remodeled and has beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Located in a quiet, safe, walkable area with lots of character. Our home is centrally located about 5 miles from the coast, where it's almost always sunny. It's close to Palos Verdes Peninsula, golf courses, restaurants, newly renovated Del Amo Fashion Mall and beautiful beaches.
We are offering a private suite/bath in our 2200 sq. ft. house. The room has a private entrance from outside, brand new very comfy queen mattress with fresh linens. Private shower and bathroom in the room, separate closet, refrigerator, microwave, keurig coffee maker, continental breakfast, 40" TV and sitting area. We provide fresh towels, linens and essential toiletries on your arrival. Coffee, water, sugar, creamer, breakfast bars and muffins sufficient for the first couple days of your stay. Free wifi and cable for your entertainment.
About 30min from LAX, 15 min from Manhattan Beach, 10min to Del Amo Fashion Center, 35 min to Down Town LA. Lots of local eateries, convenient stores and entertainment just walking distance.
This suite opens to a shared yard where you are welcome to enjoy your morning coffee or get some afternoon work done. We have resident pets on the property please make sure gate is secure upon leaving. (1) Senior Chocolate Labs, Pug & English Bulldog

- CHECK-IN TIME IS 3PM - 7P.M PST AND CHECKOUT is 11:00 A.M PST. NO Early Check-in or late checkout. Unless you are authorized to do so from owner. MINIMUM STAY- This property requires a 2 (Two) night minimum stay.
GUEST ACCESS- Guests have their own private entrance located to the rear of the property which can be accessed from the alley which is the immediate opening after you pass El Prado. Entry will be used by a keypad (code will be provided 24hrs prior to arrival). Street parking is available on Carson & El Prado. There is street sweeping on Mondays & Tuesday. Please make note as you are responsible for moving your car during the posted hours. Homeowner is not responsible for any parking tickets or fines.
1. Guests MUST Be 25 years of age
2. Smoking is not allowed on or near the property.
3. Please shut all lights,fans etc. when you are not present(if you are unable to follow this rule,we have the right to enter the room and shut lights/fans off)
4. Only Guest within the party set forth above may stay overnight in the property.
5. After 10pm please keep your voices / TV down when you talk and especially when you are on the phones.
6. No candles allowed.
7. The property is privately owned. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
8. Furnishings: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
9. Food in the room - Please empty trash daily in order to avoid any ants.
