Nice spacious kitchen with new appliances , fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and even coffee. Three bedrooms and 2 baths. Master Bedroom with king bed, second bedroom has queen bed. The family room can also be used as a third bedroom by closing the french doors, pulling down the shades and you have a private bedroom with a queen size sofa bed with upgraded mattress (similar to sleep number). The backyard offers a quiet place to relax with BBQ, table and chairs. There are two smart tv’s with cable and wireless internet access. We have room A/c units in Living room and Family room/3rd bedroom, a full house fan and ceiling fans in Master, second bedroom and living room.
Our home is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood and is a close walk to most of the fun that University Heights and Hillcrest has to offer. You can walk to some of the best restaurants, cafes, bars and grocery stores. It is also just down the street from one of San Diego's largest Farmers Markets (every Sunday). It is very centrally located with easy access to downtown, beaches, North Park and shopping malls. Just a short drive to Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, museums, little Italy and downtown San Diego, which are all about 5 minutes away. Sea World and local beaches are less then 10 minutes.
