Luxury consi in the heart of Santa Barbara. One half block off State St. Five blocks from Santa Barbara Mission. One block from Upper De La Vina - one of the best shopping areas in Santa Barbara with Trader Joe’s, Grocery Outlet, etc. You can walk and shop without a car. Great restaurants too.

The condo is over 1700 sq ft but we have closed off the master bedroom. You will have a mid sized bedroom with full bath down the hall. Elegant living room, dining room, and den. Full kitchen with all the amenities.

You will have the whole place to yourselves with total privacy. Very safe neighborhood and community.
