I own a 3-bedroom house in a safe neighborhood. Upstairs is the Master Bedroom and Private Bath / 2nd Bedroom with Shared Bath / 3rd Bedroom with Shared Bath
The neighborhood completed construction in 2008. It is called Encanto. It is a comfortable neighborhood setting, located walking distance from the beautiful Santa Clara University campus and the Santa Clara Caltrain station. Easy to access nearby freeways, Encanto has all the advantages of city living, along with the privacy and the charm of a small neighborhood.
The architecture at Encanto is influenced by the California bungalows of the 1920s. There a community pool on site.
