Summary: The rooms are nice, but the wall AC was horrible. The day I stayed it was just over 100 degrees, and the AC didn't cool the room at all. I turned it on when I arrived as the room was crazy hot and went out to dinner for 1.5 hours. When I returned it hadn't cooled at all and the ACwas just blowing hot air. I requested a different room and they quickly moved me to another room. The new room was crazy hot, so I turned on the AC and went out to the pool until about 9:00 pm. When I returned it hadn't cooled at all. It was hotter in the room than outside, so I opened the windows. After about an hour it was finally cool enough to close the windows, but it was still around 78-80 degrees. I think the wall AC units they have are just to small to cool the rooms when it is over 90 degrees outside. I have stayed here before when the temps were lower and never had an issue. I will never stay again unless the temps are below 90.
