Over a charming bridge follow a meandering creek to tranquility. Cliff House is perched upon the Bristol Knobs, nestled in foliage above and below.
Cliff House is central to the best of what Bristol offers: South Holston River, Bristol Motor Speedway, Virginia Creeper Trail, Bristol Caverns, Historic Downtown, Steele Creek Park Lake with state of the art live exhibit conservatory (fantastic for children), Barter Theater, a classic drive-in movie theater, bowling, shopping and fine dining including American, Italian, Greek and Asian. All minutes away.
The main living area boasts 3 generous bedrooms all with king beds and Smart TVs, two full bathrooms, a living room with an awesome view, a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room, and a screened deck with views you'll never want to leave. Off the kitchen, stairs lead to a game and exercise room, laundry room, covered deck, and pool. The hot tub had to be removed due to its weight damaging the deck.
This is truly a nature lover's paradise -songbirds galore, woodpeckers, wild turkeys, and falcons. For early risers, chances are good to spot a deer as there are crossings on either side of the property.
