Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located Alhambra Triangle home. This is a newly remodeled two bedroom and two full bathroom home. You will be close to midtown, downtown, East Sacramento with lots of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Located near major hospitals, so great for doctors or nurses. This is a fantastic place to stay for a small family or coworkers in town for business!
Great little home close to Natural Foods Co-Op with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, dining room, laundry and kitchen.
Guests have full access to the home, backyard, and driveway. Garage is locked.
Cleaning/Checkout: Checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkout is $100/hour. We do a thorough cleaning after each guest’s stay. We kindly ask that before leaving, place dishes in the dishwasher and start it, start a load of towels, and take out all trash. This helps our cleaning process. Basically leave the home as you found it.
Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind.
Parking: Please park your cars in the driveway to the left of our home or in front of the home only. We want to keep peace with the neighbors.
Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off AC/heater when not in the home.
Security Lock: The August smart lock will automatically lock after 30 minutes of inactivity.
