You will be close to midtown, downtown, East Sacramento with lots of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Located near major hospitals, so great for doctors or nurses. This is a fantastic place to stay for a small family or coworkers in town for business!

Guests have full access to the home, backyard, and driveway. Garage is locked.
Cleaning/Checkout: Checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkout is $100/hour. We do a thorough cleaning after each guest’s stay. We kindly ask that before leaving, place dishes in the dishwasher and start it, start a load of towels, and take out all trash. This helps our cleaning process. Basically leave the home as you found it.
Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind.
Parking: Please park your cars in the driveway to the left of our home or in front of the home only. We want to keep peace with the neighbors.
Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off AC/heater when not in the home.
Security Lock: The August smart lock will automatically lock after 30 minutes of inactivity.
