- Easy access to Whitt-Riverbend Park along the New River (Less than a mile) for kayaking, canoeing and fishing capabilities at multiple boat landings and campground. There are multiple access points for boats, kayaks and canoes to input into the New River around the property.
- Less than 10 minutes from nearby Castle Rock Golf Course.
This property is also located near the Palisades Restaurant which draws many out of town visitors.
