This cozy, comfortable home has 2 family rooms, each with huge flat screen TV's, an office, a large, bright fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower/tub combo, 2 bedrooms (one with a small TV), and a laundry room with new washer/dryer.

Roswell Area Park with its many walking trails is within a mile of the house.
