This is a one level (no stairs) condo located in Avalon at Bahia Vista Condo Complex. Our condo has 2 bedrooms each with king beds and 2 bathrooms (one with tub and shower and one with shower only). For the cool winter stays, we have a wood burning fireplace. Our condo is located on the top third floor of complex and has easy elevator access. Sleeps 6 comfortably.
We offer a two night minimum; however if you desire a one night we can see if we can accommodate you ( a one night only will have an increased stay of 150.00 more a night)
We completely remodeled our condo and it has vaulted ceiling and an airy open concept. Enjoy Beautiful views of trees and hillsides and partial ocean views off small balcony.
Additional amenities include Free WIFI, a large Smart TV in the living room and another Smart TV in the Master bedroom. Bahia Vista is one of the few complexes in Avalon that has a private "Bahia Guest" pool and jacuzzi with a garden setting. The is a refundable $80.00 pool /towel key deposit to be paid to manager via venmo or zelle. NOTE: During the off season Labor Day to memorial Day- te pool and jacuzzi is ONLY heated on weekends.
The location of the condo is on the third floor at the South end of the complex where there is little "pool noise" and little to no foot traffic. A quiet oasis that is within walking distance to all the action Avalon has to offer (dining, golfing, boating, snorkeling sight-seeing Tours and more.
