- Please read ALL house rules carefully. Your confirmation of the reservation means that you are willing to agree to all the rules. Violating any rules would result in immediate eviction without refund for the unused nights, plus fees from any damage caused, and $150 as a penalty.
-Floor is slippery in the kitchen with socks, please use slippers or walk with caution.
-Please provide a name list of all adult guests after you confirm the reservation.
-For safety reasons, we set up a noise detector inside the house (only sense sound, not conversations). Ring Doorbell will be recording during the reservation. Outdoor surveillance camera for peace of mind.
-For safety reasons, we do NOT provide any UNPACKAGED food. Other groups may leave unpackaged food on this property, it's your responsibility to check the safety before consuming it.
-Cleaning fee is just for one-time cleaning before your check-in. We do NOT provide a daily cleaning service.
-If you are traveling with pets, please disclose how many. We do have a $100/pet per stay pet cleaning fee.
-City collects trashcans on Friday. Please kindly help us push trashcans to the curb on Thursday night and push those back after they are emptied on Friday morning before Noon. Thanks.
