WE LOVE OUR PETS!
Our home is pet *welcoming*! We have provided a pet bed, food and water bowls, a leash, and pet waste disposal bags for your pet. We just ask that you pick up after them outside and that you not leave them in the home unattended if they are chewers.
For your (and your pet’s) convenience, we have left a dog leash is on the hook in the mudroom by the back door and pet waste bags are located in the far left kitchen drawer.
LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer located in the basement that is available for guests to use.
TELEVISION AND WIFI
There is one Smart TVs in the home that allow you to login to any streaming apps you would like. There is no cable service provided.

A FEW THINGS TO CALLOUT ABOUT OUR HOME
• There are steps to enter the home on the front and back doors.
• There is a steel floor grate for the air return in the living area. It is safe to walk on, however you should be aware of this for children or pets who may catch toes or fingers in the grate.
• We love the charm of our historic home but with an older home there are things you should be aware of – the floors will creak sometimes when you walk on them and original doors and door hardware can sometimes stick a little. This home also features a lot of beautiful woodwork that has been varnished within the last year so there is a slight varnish odor in the home.
