This condo is a great place to relax and unwind after a day of adventure in the mountains. Below are some highlights of the space:

The 2nd bedroom is open to the living room below. It is set up as a bedroom with it's own bathroom, but it is technically a loft.
We have a strict no pets policy. If the on-site manager sees a guest with pets the HOA may fine us up to $1000. We will ask any guest that violates our no pet policy to pay these fines.
If you plan to use the pool or hot tub, please bring your own pool/beach towels. We provide towels for use inside the condo, but the unit is not stocked with pool towels.
Mammoth Lakes can experience extreme snowstorms in the winter and smoke from wildfires in the summer. Please monitor the conditions in our area and cancel more than 5 days in advance for a full refund.
We usually leave our guests alone, but if you need anything please let me know.

There are several ways to get to the Bigwoods Condo complex. The easiest way is to turn left on Old Mammoth Road as you are driving into town. Turn right on Meridian Blvd and then turn right on Majestic Pines just before you get to the parking lot at Eagle Lodge. Drive through the neighborhood almost to the end of the street and you will see a sign for Bigwoods.
Proceed to building G where you can park on the street in front of the complex or in the garage marked #46. There is garage door opener mounted on the outside of the garage on the left. Unit #46 is located up a small set of stairs to the right of the garage, enter provided code on the keypad to open the door.
