Outside, there's plenty of space to play with a children's playground and a basketball court, as well as plenty of lawn for a game of tag! Inside is all the comforts of home, with a full kitchen &dining room, laundry room, living room &detached bonus room with bar. There's plenty of fun for the whole family to enjoy! Longterm stays welcome!
The Space:
This fully renovated home features one king sized suite with access to the yard and a full attached bathroom. A large bedroom with two full sized beds and additional space to lounge. The third bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and windows that boast views of the garden and play areas. With an additional queen sized bed in the living room using the pull out couch there’s room for everyone to get comfy! Bonus room that is detached from property with couches and a bar to hang out. (This room does not have central heating/air)
Outside, there is a front patio with a sitting area, and a back patio with a bbq and eating area. The back yard also has a playground, basketball court, and fire pit lounging area.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home and outdoor areas.

The property sits on a private 2 acre lot, however, there is one area that is not fenced in at the back of the property that leads to the neighbors property. PLEASE DO NOT SET FOOT ON THE NEIGHBORS YARD. This will result in complaints. There are stakes in the ground and is easy to see where the property line is located. There will be posted signs. Please note, the barn on the property and an RV, both are off limits as well. Thank you!
--->SLEEPING COUNT/VISITORS: We have a maximum amount allowed on the property per our short-term rental permit, being 12 guests for sleeping. Events allowed up to 75 guests with at an additional cost and with approval from host. Strict quiet time of 9pm and no hanging out in the outside areas. Children over the age of 5 years are counted as guests.
--->TRASH CANS: For shorter stays of 2 to 3 days, we allow 2-3 bags of trash to be left at the home. Anything over that amount please take with you or a trash fee will be applied to your reservation. Please expect a staff member to arrive on the property on Monday to pull the cans to the street. Thank you
