Sleeps 6 with a king bedroom and a suite w/ two queens. Fully updated: fresh paint, LVP floors, farmhouse table, pine beam mantle, modern lighting, updated furnishings, and a stocked kitchen. Ceiling fans in each room that will make you forget there's no A/C.
In addition to the main living spaces, guests will also have access to the attached two car garage with space for two mid-sized sedans or SUVs. Full size trucks likely won't fit, but there's space out front for those. If you need to charge an EV, bring your mobile level 2 charger and plug into the 14-50 EV plug. Only one (1) vehicle per parking space. All vehicles must be fully within the paved areas. No trailers, campers, boats or recreational vehicles are allowed. Keep garage door closed at all times except when entering/exiting the garage.
Communication is essential: To ensure a smooth stay, we'll need to make sure you can stay in touch through Vrbo messages prior to confirming your booking.
No landline telephone provided. Cellular reception is limited and intermittent throughout the area. The property provides high-speed wifi internet for internet phone calling from your devices.
No late checkouts. For every 30 minutes or portion thereof you remain on the property after check out time you will incur an additional fee of $75.
Security Cameras: Home has one doorbell camera at the front door entrance and one over the driveway on the front of the home. Both cameras capture video and audio and have motion sensing alert functionality.

Starter Supplies: we’ve provided a starter pack for the following: Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, coffee pods, coffee grounds, coffee filters, Splenda, and individual creamers. If you need more please bring more.
Ice: the fridge ice maker does not work. Please bring your own ice.
Drinking Water: our well water has high iron content. There’s a water filter pitcher in the fridge – we drink from that. Please bring extra water bottles as needed.
TV’s: all TVs are internet-enabled (Roku). Log into your own subscriptions (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) using the Roku remote.
Games: check out the coffee table drawers in the living room for games and puzzles.
Weather: If it’s warm: Use the ceiling and standing fans, open windows in the morning, then close them to keep things cool. If it’s cold: Use blankets and baseboard heaters (turn off when not needed).
Bugs: remember, you are in the mountains so there are bugs! The bug maintenance doesn’t get them all unfortunately.
Septic Tank: please avoid flushing anything but toilet paper. No food down the drains.
Fires: open fires are prohibited in Plumas County (huge fines!). We also do not allow fires in the fireplace.
Deck café lights: turn on using the button on the box (by the outside wall). These lights turn off automatically at 10 PM in case you forget.
