Welcome to our cozy 3BR home located in south Charlotte, NC! When you arrive, the beds will be made which will allow you time to relax and enjoy our home and all the Queen City has to offer! Our fully furnished home accommodates up to 6 guests and is perfect for a long weekend trip with friends, a family getaway, or those needing extended stays. (While we love Fluffy and Fido, we do not allow pets in our home as one of the owners is highly allergic.) The fully equipped kitchen features a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster oven, a coffee maker and numerous pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy time in the sunroom or grilling on the furnished private patio. There are three smart Roku TVs which allow you to easily login to your favorite streaming services or you can simply bring your own “stick” to plug in. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the home ensures a seamless connection during your stay. The home also has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs and we provide starters of laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwashing soap and pods, and toilet paper for your convenience.
