English Basement/lower level of my home with a separate entrance and an electronic lock. 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, comes with a queen bed in #1, full size in #2 and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Cozy, quiet, safe and clean! Great neighborhood with bars, restaurants, shops, bike trail nearby. 10 min walk to newly opened Potomac Yard metro (one stop from DCA! yellow and blue lines) Minutes drive to DCA, Old Town Alexandria, DC, Shirlington, Del Ray etc, as well as DC with monuments and other attractions.
Bike rental on the same block (as well as many scooters and other bike rentals in vicinity). Bus station #33 a few steps away (takes you directly to King Street metro and Old Town Alexandria).
*Please be aware there are stairs (up to 10 steps or so) to go down to the basement.
Free parking on the driveway, please follow the instructions for parking on the pictures (if confused-pls contact me directly :-) )
Strictly no parties or excessive noise. Only booked guests can stay at the property, no "visitors".
Quiet hours midnight to 7am.
No smoking or vaping inside (you can smoke outside in the backyard, two chairs and a table provided)
