It is conveniently located less than 5 minutes off of Highway 80. In the winter, enjoy easy access to Tahoe area ski resorts, sledding, and snowshoe / snowmobile trails. In the summer, Donner Lake and Tahoe National Forest are a quick 15 minute drive away.
The Space
The chalet is 1600 sqft with 4 beds and 2 baths. It is conveniently located 5 miles from Boreal and Sugar Bowl Resorts, and 25 miles from Palisades and Northstar Resorts. For those who prefer sledding, the home is right across the street from Kingvale Resort Snow Park.
You’ll love the charm of the rustic details throughout the house, including authentic pine ceilings and wood burning stove. Expansive windows both upstairs and downstairs allow you to enjoy the beautiful view of the pine trees outside no matter which room you’re in. In the upstairs master, enjoy balcony access overlooking the back of the property. Take advantage of our upstairs ski storage area (complete with boot dryer) to keep your equipment out of the elements.
Guest Access
No-contact entry allows for easy and flexible check-in. You will have access to the entire house, including living spaces, bedrooms, laundry room, and driveway. Basic WiFi is available. Smart TVs available in living room and upstairs master bedroom. Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway, plus 2 more cars at the front entrance of the neighborhood (required parking permits will be provided upon request).
Other Notes
Chains/snow tires often required during winter months - please plan accordingly by monitoring local weather conditions and CalTrans notices. Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM and are enforced by the HOA. There is no A/C available. Up to 2 pets welcome with small pet fee.
