The property is next to Walden Creek, 4.5 miles from Parkway, on the Wears Valley side of Pigeon Forge. It is convenient off major roads yet peaceful.
The cottage is on 1.3 acres of flat and open land next to the creek. The interior is very modern and charming too. The living room has a large leather sectional sofa and a smart TV with a sound bar. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking needs, dishes, and silverware. A screened-in porch overlooks the creek right outside the living room through a French door, and the hot tub is in a large pavilion next to the porch.
The master king bedroom on the waterside has a private bathroom on the main floor, and another bedroom off the dining room has a full-size bed but doesn't have direct access to a bathroom. The upstairs has a queen bedroom with a full bathroom, and a futon bed outside of the bedroom on the landing can be used by a kid, who can share a bathroom with whoever sleeps in the queen room. The well-lit dining room is excellent for multiple purposes, such as sitting down for meals, playing games, doing desk work, etc and the large yard is overlooked through the double glass sliding door.
The Game-house has
two queens. The Game-house has a pool table and additional game table. There is no bathroom there currently.
