PLEASE BE AWARE: From June 5 thru Oct 9, 2021, we only book by the week from Saturday thru Saturday. NEW: Sewer line, NEW plumbing, NEW electrical, NEW kitchen (cabinets, appliances except refrigerator), NEW shower - all in 2020. ABSOLUTELY NO 2 NIGHT STAYS. Three IS THE MINIMUM and only in the OFF SEASON(Oct - June) A WEEK LONG MINIMUM IN THE SUMMER Saturday thru Saturday. (Mid June -October 1). Sorry No Smoking or PETS. We have spent 2019-2020 updating the house with a new kitchen, new sewer line, new plumbing, new electric box and plugs, new shower in the rear bath.....built for a big guy but the sink is small in that bath, and new siding. We are 3 blocks from sand. This is a nice place to enjoy quiet and walking to all the Island has to offer. This is a cute cottage (built at the turn of the century) on a street that does not allow through traffic. Fully furnished with everything needed for a family except beach equipment (towels, chairs, etc.). Barbeque & picnic bench in the yard. Two queen sized beds and two twins plus a pull out couch....Monthly rental is only available from Jan 2 thru May 15. Weekly rentals all year. No weekends or 3 day stays in the summer. Cameras on the front & rear doors.
