Summary: Hotel didn't have our booking. This was booked months ago. Luckily the front desk was able to help make sure we ended up getting enough rooms. Rooms were worn down. One room turned the heat on and it set the smoke alarm off. The front desk relocated us to a different room after that. Shower looked like it had black mold. Breakfast was not great.
