The two bedroom, two bath house sits on the hillside only 1.5 miles from Alpine Meadows Ski Resort. In the summer you’ll have access to all the alpine hiking trails (only 1.5 miles from the Five Lakes Trailhead too!) But you might just want to relax and stay in the house, or on the outdoor deck and enjoy the beautiful views.
As you enter the house, you walk into the open space with high ceilings. The renovated A-frame gives you tons of natural light with its high ceiling that create a bright and airy feel.
The living area includes the dining table, breakfast bar, kitchen and pantry. A Queen bedroom and bathroom are on this first level too.
The dining table seats four, as does the breakfast bar. The renovated kitchen has a new and large stove and oven. The kitchen is comfortably spacious with easy access to the walk- in panty that also hold the washer-dryer and a full glass door to the great outdoors that adds lots of natural light. The kitchen has new tile countertops and the pantry provides plenty of storage and kitchen essentials for all the things you may like to prepare.
High wooden ceilings add to the spacious layout and ambiance of this home. The open living area is ideal for some great family time or fun dinner with friends. The living area has the 48” screen TV and a wood burning stove. A perfect place to gather after a day of Tahoe outdoor activities!
A circular staircase takes you up to the second level of the home where you have an open loft space with exercise equipment (and room to exercise or stretch). Plus, a desk if you need a little time alone. The King bedroom and full bath are also on this level.
This property really is ideal for any time of year. The neighborhood is quiet, woodsy, and filled with easy access to lots of activities. The house is close to Alpine Meadows and Palisades Tahoe winter resorts. Snow Tubing at Palisades is available too. Tahoe XC is not far away if you want to cross country ski or snowshoe. In the summer, you are just a short distance (5.5 Miles) from Lake Tahoe. There are also hiking trails that surround the area, notably the favorite Five Lakes Trail is and easy 1.5 miles away. Horseback riding, mountain biking trails and Lake Tahoe things to do are right here. Take advantage of the Mountaineer Shuttle during ski season to pick you up at the house and drop you off at Alpine Meadows!
