The spacious living room features a custom stone gas fireplace and mantel set before the private outdoor balcony with fabulous views of Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwins, complete with BBQ gas grill. The dining area seats 6 (with an extension available), and leads into a full gourmet kitchen equipped with a bar area (with additional seating for 3), granite countertops, custom tile flooring and modern stainless steel Viking appliances. Additionalhigh-end upgrades include a Harman Kardon media room, in-home sound system throughout, and in-floor hydronic heating. The master bedroom on the top floor features a King bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and private en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a stand-up shower and separate soaking tub, perfect for a nice hot bath after a long day on the slopes. If you must work while away, it also comes equipped with a desk and chair so you can get the work done! The second master suite also features a King bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and private en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The upstairs alcove room features a daybed with a Twin bed on top and Twin trundle underneath and a flatscreen TV (please note this bedroom does not have a closet). The third bedroom, located downstairs on the lowest level, has a Queen bed and access to the shared hall full bath with stand up shower. The den/bonus room downstairs boasts a private gas fireplace and pull out sofa bed, with large flatscreen TV and access to the private hot tub.
