There are 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with a king size bed, 2 other bedrooms with 2 queen beds. There is also small office off the garage with a blow up queen mattress for additional guests, if needed, and is air conditioned as well. Backyard has a gas barbecue, lounge furniture and 8 person outdoor dining table. All furnishings, linens and towels are brand new and provided. Includes also a new kitchen refrigerator, clothes washer and dryer. Pool floats and 4 lounge chairs, 3 umbrellas and 4 outdoor chairs are also provided.
Desert Falls Golf course is a public course and available for guest purchase. Tennis courts, Pickle Ball and racquetball courts are also available with reservations.
