The Space:
This is a perfect home for friends or families. Our 3 bed, 2 bath home has all you need for your desert getaway. There’s plenty of parking available in the driveway and there’s enough space in the front yard to park an RV! Escape the summer desert heat with central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room.
Get your morning coffee by French press, Nespresso, or freshly ground and brewed (Yes, we’re coffee snobs). Walk into a living room and bar area with a vibrant, relaxing scene and plenty of comfy seats for friends. Gather around the 70 inch 4K TV for an epic movie night after full day exploring the desert. Use guest mode on Roku so you can securely log in to all of the streaming platforms you enjoy at home. There are three TVs in the home - so no worries, you don’t need to agree on what to watch.
Or you can leave the screens behind and play one of the many board games we have for you. Clue, Uno, Jenga, Monopoly, Scrabble - just to name a few! Chat and reconnect on the three-way entry patio while you relax by the fire pit. Test your mixology skills with a drink recipe from our mini cocktail menu or test your cooking skills in this fully loaded kitchen. You have a cabinet full of seasonings (not just salt and pepper) to prepare your favorite meals. You have access to bakeware and a waffle maker if you’re feeling fancy.
Choose your own adventure and sleep in either the Sky room, Coral room , or Sage room. Each room has a completely different vibe suite your style. Your comfort is top priority. We made sure each bed is outfitted with a plush mattress topper and a supportive memory foam core. You’ll be happy you overslept.

This home away from home has both beauty and brains. You have fast Wi-Fi up to 500 mbps so you can work from home while you enjoy your stay. When you want to turn on the central A/C, turn off the TV, or play some music, let Alexa do it for you! There are Alexa echo devices throughout the home for your convenience. Just unplug her if that’s not your thing! She won’t mind.

NOTE: A storm has recently impacted the Palm Springs area. Please be mindful of alternate routes as some roads are closed (as of 8/26). Local crews are still cleaning up. We are still happy to have you! We just want you to have all the facts as this is a car dependent area.
You’re within ONE mile of 5 incredible spas. Our local spas offer day-passes so you can access their pools, jacuzzis, and natural hot springs. You’re right next door to Palm Springs and the tastiest desert diners around. You can shop at Cabazon Outlets, enjoy one of many casinos, and hiking trails at Joshua Tree national park. You're a short drive away from Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, the newest stadium to see your favorite artists and sporting events.
Getting Around:
Wheels are recommended so you can see all the desert attractions in your own time. There is plenty of parking at the home. Two spots are available in the driveway and there's free street parking right in front of the house.
Other Things to Note:
We have security cameras that actively record video and audio along the exterior of the property ONLY. There are active motion sensors inside as part of our alarm system. There are no cameras inside the home.
This is the desert. We have lizards and other native insects in our area (especially in the summer months). They are no bother at all but if they aren't your favorite, please be sure to close doors behind you and contain your open food.
Our area is known for high winds. Debris can sometimes blow on to the property. Winds may impact the availability of amenities such as outdoor patio furniture. Please reach out with any concerns about this and we'll do our best to make sure you're all set for outdoor fun.
