House Layout, Please READ!—You will be renting the main big house and the pool and backyard are for your private use. This property has an ocupied guest house on the side of the property. Interactions is minimal, as the guest house has its own fenced patio and entrance. The driveway is shared. There is no access to the garage or the laundry room as they used for storage.
There are 2 Ring cameras in the outdoor entrances of the home.
The House does not have a AC, but there is a fan in each room. The pool is not heated.
This house can comfortably host 6 people, any extra guests or visitors over the 6 allowed, will incur a $50 fee per person, per day (children included). Max capacity is 8 people.
No parties allowed. No exceptions. All Music must be turned off outdoors by 8pm.
