This sleek and stylish home occupies half of a duplex, one that sits three houses back from an access point to Surfside Beach. It's an incredibly scenic and convenient setting, offering garage and driveway parking and easy walkability to restaurants, cafes, and shops in the surrounding Sunset Beach community.
Stroll back from the beach, salty and sun-kissed, and head upstairs to spend the afternoon on the beautiful rooftop deck. Up here in the ocean air, you'll find an outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill, a dining table for sunset dinners, and a gas firepit to keep you warm as you linger into the evening.
Back inside, the living spaces are spread out across two interior floors. There's a chic kitchen with a gorgeous wall of stone, a walk-in pantry, and upscale stainless steel appliances, including a Thor gas stove/oven.
