Please note that we will be collecting ID/Passport info from the guest booking this place once you confirm your booking. This person of contact must be 25 years older. Also, the entry door code to the house will be given to the person booking at the time of arrival... Before check in let us know your final guest count. Anyone bringing more people than indicated on the reservation will have their reservation canceled without refund. Any canceled guests (who doesn’t complete their stay) agrees not to write a review about our property. 1. Please treat this property like your home. Our cleaning staff works really hard to keep the space clean. Please be kind with them or you will be asked to leave.
2. Violation our policy of any extra guests after the total amount listed will result in a $50 fine per person.
3. Keep all guests and noise inside the house after 10:00 PM. Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $300 fine each time. 4. We can accommodate people to 14 guests in total. A guest is defined as anyone that enters the home for more than 25 minutes. If there are more than 14 guests at the property we will, unfortunately, have to cancel the reservation without a refund as we do not allow parties at the home.
5. There is a decibel monitoring system that measures the noise level to prevent any disturbances. This device does NOT record audible. We have a $1500 fine that will be issued if any of the cameras are covered or tampered with.
6. If there is any evidence that there is an animal in the property, there will be a $500 pet fee. Lets can be permitted on a case by case basis with a deposit. 7. We do not allow smoking including vaping at the property and there is a $200 fine for each person smoking inside of the house. There is also $50 fine per cigarette butt or cigarette package found inside.
8. There is a $200 charge per body fluid found in the property such as throw up.
9. The home must be left exactly how it was found. The cleaning charge covers the make-ready clean and not a deep clean. If there are any extra cleaning services needed on the property then that will be covered by the guest which can range from $50 - $300.
10. There will be a $1500 DJ or live music fine. Regular consumer speakers and sound-bars are permitted however music cannot be audible from outside. 11. There will be a $50 fine each time someone blocks a neighbor's car or driveway.
12. If there are weapons or illegal drug use, there will be a fine of $200 per violation.
13. There are 2 exterior (front and sideyard) cameras. For community, property, and guest safety; the cameras are active during stays. A $500 fine will be issued if any of the cameras are covered or tampered with without consent.
