Please note:, there isn't any cooking at this property. there is no laundry, either. there is a laundromat about 5 blocks from the house, children must be 16 years of age or older to stay at the property, this room is located in a private home, not a hotel. payment is made in cash upon arrival, never on credit cards, the owner must know your arrival time because this a private home. there is no 24-hour front desk, once you have checked in, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please, please note guests can arrive later than 12:30pm, however this does have to be approved and arranged by owner before arrival. she will adjust her schedule to accommodate the guest's arrival to the best of her ability.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, managed by a private host
