This pet-friendly, 3rd-floor condo sits alongside the Deschutes River and is a 10-minute walk into the heart of downtown Bend. It sleeps two guests in a California-King sized bed. The condo is 630 square feet with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Your balcony overlooks the Deschutes and the river trail that runs alongside our property.
The condo's full kitchen has the basic pots, pans and cookware for your stay. Dishes and silverware are provided. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove top, dishwasher and an apartment-sized oven. We allow a maximum of two pets and collect a $50 pet fee per pet separately after you make your reservation.
The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs on our grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown Bend cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs and downtown boutiques in under ten minutes.
Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open daily so bring those swimsuits!
Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, which includes basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)
