We are looking for a one year lease from July 1 2023 to July 2024. Shorter stays will be considered. There us a 30 day minimum.
Our Garden studio apartment was built in 2001. It is part of our house built in 1910 (Edwardian) and is located in one of the most enjoyable areas of San Francisco: The Inner Sunset. It is literally 11/2 blocks from the trolley car which will take you anywhere in the Bay Area. It is 1/2 block from University of California San Francisco and a block from Golden Gate park ( close to the De Young Museum, the Arboretum and the Japanese Tea Garden, Children's playground etc.
It features hardwood floors and Victorian molding to maintain congruency to the local architecture. The bedroom is located in the rear of the apartment overlooking the garden through French doors. They lead to a small deck with a table and chairs. It is a very quiet secluded area. We also have an extremely comfortable queen plus sofa bed located in the \ front of the house living room area.
The apartment has a separate entrance to an 1100 square foot
(101 sq meters )of uninterrupted space. It is light and airy.
The decor has a early century feel, but most of all it is a comfortable, clean space to come home to, after a day of working, sightseeing or shopping. It is a very safe area with a solid community. It is only a short walk to Golden Gate Park and all of its attractions.It is a 10 minute trolley car ride away from Ocean Beach. It is located a minute away from University of California San Francisco Hospital. It has a state of the art washer and dryer and 2 state of the art flat screen televisions with cable and wi-fi .

Clean linens are provided for both sleeping areas.
2 televisions one located in the living room and one in the bedroom using fire stick streaming's devices
This rental includes smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms , water, gas, electricity,
garbage pickup and excellent Wifi
