Enter the long driveway where you can fit 3+ cars to this large, amazing property. Enter the house through the garage and to the left is the laundry room and a full bathroom with standing shower. This is perfect when getting out of the pool to head straight to the shower without walking through the house. Then you enter into the living room, kitchen open floor plan. Great for guests to hang out in the kitchen and living room all together. The living room has a large flat screen TV, fireplace and two plush couches. On a clear day you also have a view of downtown San Diego. Just through the sliding glass door you walk out to the infinity edge pool and the 180-degree view. During the evening time guests can enjoy a fire in the firepit while watching the sunset and grilling up dinner on the outdoor BBQ. There is an additional dining table to enjoy meals on those warm summer days.
Pass through the kitchen on the ground floor is an extra dining room/seating area and a half bathroom. At the end of the hallway is the only bedroom on this floor with its own on-suite bathroom. This room has a queen bed and a sliding glass door that leads to the pool and spa area.
If you head downstairs there is another half bathroom, a wine cellar and a theater room for guests to enjoy with an X-Box, various games and plenty of Legos.
Head upstairs and to the right down the hall you will find the master suite with a king size bed, walk-in closet and an on-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead out to a private balcony looking out to the pool and ocean view. Also located upstairs you will find a gym area with a TV and beautiful views to enjoy while getting your work out on. Past the gym area there are two more bedrooms, both with queen beds and share a balcony overlooking the pool and views. These rooms share a full bathroom with double sinks and tub and shower.
