The Highlands area is high above the city near The Mesa, a beloved area of Santa Barbara with a relaxed, local vibe and proximity to Santa Barbara City College too. Within minutes, guests can be at Shoreline Park or the beach, renting paddle boards at the Harbor, ordering an iced latte at Lighthouse Coffee near Lazy Acres Market, or downtown shopping and sightseeing in mere minutes. It's a great location, to say the least. With various levels inside and out, guests will find a special spot throughout their stay.
Under volume ceilings, the great room is a welcoming space on the entry-level with a large stone fireplace, adding warmth and a quiet glow. Nano doors slide wide open, offering seamless access to terrace dining overlooking the pool and grounds below. Both a Green Egg and Weber Grill are provided. Also on the main level, the primary suite embodies elegant comfort with another stone fireplace, television, private terrace, and uber-comfy king-size poster bed.
