The Retreat is a 1 bedroom +Den, 1 Bath, cozy home located in a quiet, private setting. It has recently been completely remodeled, with new paint, laminate and bamboo flooring and all new high end furniture. It has a Trex deck and a BBQ in the lush, private yard and tables & chairs for out door dinning and relaxing. It is also equipped with a Palliser Cloud-Z sofa bed. This sofa bed is advertised as the most comfortable sofa bed ever made and does not disappoint! Located 1 mile from Amgen and The Oaks Mall, 45 min to Santa Barbara or LA, 20 min from the Beach. Ideal for parties 2 with max 4. We also have a second unit on the property called the Cottage. So if your dates are not available at the Retreat or you are traveling with others that need accommodation, please check at the Cottage.
In addition, due to the pandemic crisis we have established a new cleaning procedure. Every surface that can be touched by a guest will be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly after each guests stay. We will also be allowing 24 hours between each guest for your safety and the safety of our cleaning crews. And we always have a non interactive checkin and check out and are following all the required protocols for our guests safety.
