Cute family-friendly cottage 50 ft from the water, with great views from the house. The lake is a hot spot for all kinds of water sports from boating, jet skiing, tubing, fishing, swimming, etc. Boat rental from nearby marinas is available and there is a boat launch just a couple of blocks away. You can tie up your boat at the shore. For your down time, watch movies and enjoy the peaceful scenery. The house is perfect for a long or short stay with all the amenities to make your lake vacation perfect. There are 2 bedrooms, but room for more guests if necessary and the kitchen can handle a small crowd! It has most appliances - coffee maker, toaster, blender, food processor, mixer, crockpot, etc. The kitchen is stocked with basic needs like coffee, tea, spices, condiments, flour, sugar, etc. There is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent supplied as well. The deck is large with plenty of seating and a charcoal grill (charcoal and lighter in the utility room) and gas grill. It is a relaxing setting overlooking the lake. Pets are welcome for a small fee. There is great fishing, boating and golf in the area, and numerous Arkansas attractions nearby including the Buffalo National River and the Ozark Folk Center. Flea markets and antique stores stud Highway 65 both north and south. The owners live next door and are available if you need them.
