A comfortable dining area for six is accompanied by a thoroughly modern kitchen to not only meet your culinary needs, but let you feel “right at home”. A kitchen bar with high-top stools make it easy to have a snack or support the “chef” during meal preparation. The living room area has a large comfortable couch, a small desk area, a ceiling fan to help circulate the ocean breezes, and a large TV for your enjoyment. There is a stacked washer/dryer for your use. This home also has WiFi and cable and one designated parking place with street parking also available.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Please note: reservations for this home will not be refunded if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
