Enjoy a relaxing getaway in the far west edge of Calaveras between the small towns of Clements and Valley Springs, only a few miles from the South Shore of Lake Camanche and other nearby lakes. 3 beautiful lakes only minutes away!
This spacious 3 bedroom has an open floor plan that makes it a great gathering spot on the inside yet cozy for a day or night of watching movies or playing games.
Kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve. Coffee and Tea are provided as well.
The large redwood deck out the back doors of the living/dining room area and master bedroom that offers an outdoor living area as well. The fully covered deck wraps around the entire house offering gorgeous views. If you're an early riser, don't miss this sunrise!
The outdoor living area is almost the same size as the house, it is the perfect place rain or shine. There are a few seating areas, one with a fire pit for chilly mornings and nights. There is a large dining table outside with bench seating and a bbq ready with propane and utensils to show off your grilling skills. The deck is great for rain or shine!
The master offers a luxurious King bed with skylights above and a door out to the deck. The master bathroom has double sinks, a soaking/jet tub and full size standing shower, both facing a beautiful view of the valley.
The 2nd bedroom offers a luxurious queen bed in a large bedroom that gives that master like feel as well, there is also a sofa seat that lays into a twin bed for a child or an adult that doesn’t mind being a 3rd wheel. The 2nd bath is directly across the hall with a full size tub and shower combo and double sinks.
Our 3rd bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. It is ideal for the young or just young at heart. This room has toys and games for all ages that includes an activity table with LEGO’s, coloring supplies, puzzles, action figures and dolls. This room also has a smart tv and DVD player with lots of movies to choose from.
At the end of the hall is a bookshelf from adult novels to baby books, and lots of genres for in between.
For the kids outside enjoyment there is a redwood playset with a slide and swing with an assortment of toys that include a power wheel, ride on toys and Tonka trucks to dig around with.
With it best to stay at “home”, we have you covered to have a fun and memorable time at the Ranch! We have been adding games inside and out that can be played as a group, and we continue to add more! We currently have;

The inside is full of group board games, Twister, poker with chips, dice, dominoes and dvds of all your favorites and even trivia games to test your knowledge as you go!
The Ranch is located on 5 acres and we have trails started to get your heart rate up or to just take a casual stroll. You can find a hammock and swing under some of our oak trees when you need to take a break or enjoy a completely different beautiful view!
Only a 10 to 20 minute drive to enjoy the recreations or just the scenery of 3 lakes; Camanche, New Hogan and Pardee. These lakes offer award winning fishing, multiple hiking trails and plenty other water activities. Numerous wineries surround the area as well, unfortunately all the tasting rooms are closed at the moment.
Whether you want to explore the area or you want to make the ranch your vacation in itself, this is an ideal place to reconnect with your family or friends and for adults and kids to "play", truly relax, or both!
