Located right off of Serene Road just a five-minute walk from Royal Gorge's Summit Station, this home is also just two miles from the beautiful beaches of Serene Lakes, making it the perfect place to enjoy your next family vacation! Inside, you'll find a warm and welcoming living space with lofty and wood-paneled cathedral ceilings, comfortable furniture, and three levels worth of space for everyone to enjoy. The basement level enjoys a queen-size bed, two twins, a gas stove, an entertainment area with a mounted flatscreen TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the main level, you'll have a large living room with tree views on all sides, a cozy gas stove, and burnished floors. Off the living room, the furnished deck is the ideal place to enjoy an al-fresco meal or a quiet evening of stargazing.
The family chef will have all the stainless steel appliances, counter space, and cookware needed to prepare a delicious meal for your dinner guests. Serve everyone up at the handsome dining table with seating for six while the dishwasher takes care of the dirty dishes.
