You may not find such a fantastic luxury house for your family. It is a paradise-like place that will create the best memories for your family. The house is huge, sitting on 1.5 acres of land and includes exclusive amenities such as a 150-inch screen for movies, games, and a golf simulator. The backyard features a salt pool, trampoline, a private tennis court and a private trail for your family's enjoyment. The luxury private saltwater swimming pool also includes an in-ground Jacuzzi with a fabulous view. Our fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances to make meals for your family, including an incredible espresso machine and two dining tables with gas grills. Firewood is provided for the outdoor firepit. A nice-sized living room with reclining sofas is perfect for relaxation. There are plenty of fun activities to enjoy, such as swimming tubes and toys, two smart TVs, a big-sized trampoline, basketball, tennis court, darts, video console games, board games, a ping pong table, two gas firepits, and a natural/gas firepit. A professional 150" screen golf simulator system and movie/game setup are also available for your use. You can use all of these facilities privately, but the parking lot may be shared. The house consists of two units, with the renting unit around 2000 sq. ft and the other unit occupied by the owner. There is no privacy concern and no shared space. We only accept a small family who can maintain the house properly.
The first bedroom has one queen bed, and the second bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed.
