Hot water heater is 50 gallons electric hot water heaters , it does not re heat as fast as gas. Therefore, if you take long shower or baths or take several showers in a row, run the dishwasher and use the sink hot water all you may run out of hot water temporarily. The owner is not held responsible. It will take a few hours to re heat.
