The house is located at Daly City. The guests are living only the second/top floor with 4 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom with 1500 living sq.ft. No parking at garage. Two vehicle parking on driveway. (See attached on the profile photo.)
(First floor) - The owner and the co-manager are living downstairs for managing the property. Since the city of Daly City with short term rental ordinance on October, 2021. It is mandatory the owner or co-manager must be staying besides in the property. For neighborhood and safety issues.
There is total 8 Beds included 2 air mattresses located master room and kid room inside the closet. (See Attached on photo.) 六張床加兩張空氣床- 總共有八張床
There are two vehicle parking space on the driveway. See attached photo with parking instruction and is accessible one flight of stairs. Guests must be able to climb stairs to access the house.

All the guests must be reading and understanding the house description, house rule, and parking instruction on the photo before to book the place. If the guest is booked without reading house description and all the house rule, and
House Rule:
- No shoes inside the house.
- No pets allow
- No smoke, marijuana and drug inside the house.
- No vomit on the floor. Please go to toilet.
- Quiet Hour after 11pm
- All guests can’t allow to climb over the fence to see the oceanview. It is very dangerous. All guests needs to be responsible for all the accident climb over fence.
- Two car parking space available. (See photo for instruction parking)
- Clean up all the wash disher before check out.
- Air Mattress needs to be deflation and put it back to where it located before check out
- Fire place doesn’t allow guests to burn any fire log in the house.
- All the supplies are using inside the house only.
- The guests needs to leave the key insides the code box when the guests are leaving out the property. The hostess/manager will be doing recycling everyday for guests.
- Check out- the guests are returning the key inside the code box.
- If the guests are leaving at the property. Make sure turn off the heater. The heater is only good for turn on when the guests are at the property.
- The main recycling trash can is located at left side of the house.
Pool House Rule:
1. No Food or Drinks on pool table.
2. No using a pool table as dinning room table
3. No Inappropriate behavior on top of pool table.
